European Athletics Promotion

The EAP circuit organizes international athletics meetings across Europe, where athletes from EAP member clubs are invited to participate alongside top athletes. This provides athletes of EAP member clubs with a unique opportunity to compete at international levels, gain experience and network with other athletes.

Each EAP member club is obliged to host a minimum of one athletic meeting per year and invite registered EAP athletes to participate. The hosting club must also provide free accommodation and partially cover the travel costs of any registered EAP athletes. Athletes who are not members of clubs registered with the EAP may still participate in such meets. In fact, past editions of EAP meetings have seen the participation of a number of non-EAP Olympic athletes including Francis Obikwelu (NIG), Martin Rooney (GBR), Benjamin Kiplagat (UGA), Christine Arron (FRA), and Eunice Barber (FRA).
