The 7th Edition of the EAP Malta International Meeting will take place on Saturday, 13th June 2026. The countdown begins now.
The EAP Malta International is part of the Events for Athletic Promotion (EAP) network, an independent international circuit dedicated to promoting high-quality competition, athlete development, and the values of fair play.
For the 2026 edition, we are again in the process of applying for inclusion in the World Athletics Continental Challenger Tour, as was done last year. Once confirmed, performances achieved at the meeting will be eligible for World Athletics Ranking Points, provided that the relevant athlete and event requirements are met.

Who We Are
Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon P.A.A.T.) was first set up back in the 1970s and is the biggest local Athletics Club. As the name itself denotes it is based in Pembroke, Malta. P.A.A.T.’s main focus is on athletics, particularly in the T&F Events, but it is also very strongly represented in Road Running and in Triathlon. In recent years a Gymnastics sector was also introduced.
P.A.A.T. can be considered as the Home of Local Champions in Athletics and can boast of a string of more than 20 consecutive Athletics Club League Titles in both the Male & Female Categories, and several other titles in the Youth Sector. Year after year P.A.A.T. provides the Local Athletics National Team with the majority of the athletes, and it’s Member Athletes annually figure prominently in the lists of awards handed out both in athletics and local sports in general.
We, at the club are somewhat ambitious and always look forward to improve and develop further, and creating and maximising on opportunities to help our athletes develop their strengths and skills are always at the forefront of our strategy.
The year 2018, marks an important landmark in our history, as this was the year when P.A.A.T. joined the European Athletics Promotion (EAP) Circuit, making it the only club in Malta to form part of a European Circuit in any sport.
